3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placement
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day

4. Shipping Partners

We partner with reputed logistics providers including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure reliable delivery across India.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details. You can track your order on the courier partner's website.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts
  • If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address
  • Keep your phone accessible for delivery updates

7. Pin Code Serviceability

We deliver to most pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout. For remote areas, additional delivery time may apply.

8. Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be returned to us if:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
  • Recipient not available after 3 attempts
  • Delivery refused by recipient
  • Address is inaccessible

For returned orders, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund minus shipping costs.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Document the damage with photos before opening
  • Contact us within 48 hours at shipping@bizstationery.store
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund
