At Biz Stationery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if they meet the following criteria:

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused and in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact
  • Product is not damaged due to misuse or negligence

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Products with broken seals (where applicable)
  • Items on final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Hygiene-sensitive products once opened

3. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return Request

Step 2: Return Approval

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (if approved).

Step 3: Ship the Product

Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to:

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product).

Step 4: Quality Check

Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality check within 2-3 business days.

4. Refund Process

4.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to your provided bank account
  • Online Payments (when available): Refund to original payment method

For COD order refunds, you will need to provide:

  • Account holder's name
  • Bank name and branch
  • Account number
  • IFSC code

4.3 Refund Amount

  • Product price will be refunded in full (if return criteria met)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from refund (unless our error)

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged/defective product
  • We will arrange for pickup at no cost to you
  • You will receive a full refund including shipping charges

7. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange for pickup at no cost
  • The correct product will be shipped (subject to availability)
  • If unavailable, a full refund will be processed

8. Order Cancellation

8.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled without any charges if the cancellation request is made before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately at orders@bizstationery.store.

8.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery and the standard return process will apply.
